INTRODUCTION
VMware ESX contains special optimizations to support
Intel's Hyper-Threading technology. The system typically manages
the use of Hyper-Threading automatically. Additional allocation
parameters provide fine-grained control over the use of
Hyper-Threading by virtual machines.
DESCRIPTION
Starting with ESX Server 3.0, most previous command-line controls
for resource management are no longer available. Resource
management controls are supported from both the UI and SDK.
