esxcfg-nas - VMware ESX NAS configuration tool

esxcfg-nas OPTIONS

esxcfg-nas provides an interface to manipulate NAS file systems on ESX.

-l -list: List all known NAS file systems with their mount name, share name, and hostname and indicate whether each is mounted.
-a -add: Add and mount a new NAS file system to ESX. Requires -o and -s options as well as a label name. Use -y option for readonly access.
-o -host: Used in conjunction with the -a|--add option to supply the hostname of a new NAS file system.
-s -share: Used in conjunction with the -a|--add option to supply the share name of a new NAS file system.
-y -readonly: Used in conjunction with the -a|--add option to add the new NAS file system with readonly access.
-d -delete: Used to delete a NAS file system. This will unmount and remove the NAS file system from the list of known file systems.
-r -restore: Restore NAS volumes from persistent storage. This should only be used only on system startup and should not be used by users.
-h -help: Print a help message for this command.
